Traffic and Patrol Officers Peter and Jake Malae from the Santa Clara, CA, Police Department. Officer Peter Malae has served with the Santa Clara Police Department since 1977. He is currently assigned to the Traffic Division and is also a Training Officer. Officer Jake Malae decided to follow in his father's footsteps. In 1998, after graduating from San Jose State University and finishing a very successful football career, he joined the Santa Clara PD. Jake is currently assigned to the Patrol Division.
